Serving American Low + Slow BBQ and Aussie Pub Grub favourites since 2011 we continually strive to bring new taste sensations to Bangkok foodies, locals and expats. After offering Charcoal Chicken and Nashville chicken in limited menu offerings, we received many an almost cult following and now present it with HOT CHOOKS a fast-food style food service using fresh ingredients and cooked on order. We take so much pride in our food that we promise you we do not use frozen pre-packed food – we take fresh chicken, marinate it, season it in our own blend of spices, fry it in clean oil and smother it on our hot sauces that are made fresh daily.
Our menu is prepared on order and may take 20-25 minutes to prepare your meal. We are HOT CHOOKS not FAST CHOOKS. We really take pride in our ingredients and produce, preparing our meals to SLOW FOOD VALUES … let’s all take a moment to relax and enjoy food prepared fresh.
